It's like a happy octopus! Although I'm not entirely sure why he's happy, it seems like he is the victim of a horrific boat propeller accident and he has officially been demoted from an octopus....to like a quadrapus seein as he only has half his limbs....Yet he is still all bright eyed and glowy. This guy's so up he's just making me pist off. Big fat ugh to him
